As this promotion includes a website, at no additional charge, the website will not be transferred if cancelled within 24 months.
If your website was upgraded to an e-Commerce store, the website will not be transferred if moved within 36 months.
If you are changing hosting, or transferring your website, It is the responsibility of your new hosting company to successfully transfer your website & email accounts. We are not responsible for loss, damage or errors on your website due to mismanagement.
The domain will only be transferred if your hosting account is up to date.
